Nestled within the farm, next door to the cookery school, ACRE Bakery is a small artisan bakery rooted in a deep respect for the land. As part of a regenerative farming project, everything they do is guided by a simple principle: good food starts with healthy soil.

They bake naturally leavened sourdough breads using long fermentation methods, alongside a seasonal selection of pastries, cakes, and preserves. Wherever possible, the ingredients are grown on the farm or sourced locally, creating a direct connection from field to loaf. Their approach is slow, hands-on, and honest, celebrating traditional baking techniques while embracing a sustainable future.

They have a production bakery on the farm and a bakery shop in Woodbridge - 10 Market Hill, Woodbridge, IP12 4LU.
