This course has been designed specifically for those wishing to spend a ski season in the snow. Our team including a top local Chef will teach you the art of becoming the perfect chalet host. You will learn a range of cooking skills allowing you to create delicious dishes as well as covering all aspects of hosting, budgeting, shopping, menu planning and chalet cleaning.

Course times: 9.30am – 4pm daily

Residential course option:

We are delighted to offer a residential option for the chalet cookery course. At Kenton Hall Estate we have a luxury glamping site; accommodation for the course will be provided in Lodge tents (each sleep 2 in twin beds), all bedding and bed linen is provided, there are two shared luxury shower-rooms and WC facilities on site.

Residential students will be provided with accommodation for 4 nights check-in on Monday and checking-out on Friday.
