Whether you are an amateur cook or a food enthusiast, let our courses inspire you. The school is housed in a converted cow byre next to a wonderful kitchen garden. Our approach is relaxed and informal, allowing you to learn new skills, techniques and most importantly, how to make the most of seasonal ingredients. Our school is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities with Aga Rangemaster cookers and Kenwood equipment. 

We have a produce to plate philosophy using meat and vegetables produced on our farm. We work with local chefs to offer an excellent range of courses. We offer cookery demonstrations and hands on cookery courses. Our friendly approach can turn the most nervous beginner into a confident ‘foodie’.
