What is the accommodation on site?
Is there a minimum stay?
We have a two night minimum stay policy.
What about late availability?
We occasionally have late availability or a last minute cancellation, so it’s always worth giving us a call on 01728 862062 or emailing Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I book both the yurt and the shepherd hut at the same time?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate groups.
What times do we check in and check out?
You can check in any time between 4.00pm and 6.00pm, for early or late check-in please contact us. We ask you to check out before 10.00am and we hope you’ll leave feeling rested and relaxed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests can cancel up to 35 days prior to the date of booking; however a cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund. After 35 days we are unable to offer a refund. Please consider whether cancellation insurance may be necessary.
Do you welcome children?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept children on site.
Can we bring our dog?
It is with great sadness, and after a great deal of debate that we do not allow dogs on the site.
What do we need to bring?
We provide bed linen and duvets, towels, glasses, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. All you need to bring are pajamas, your toothbrush and a good book!
Food Storage – What is available?
Within the hub kitchen there is plenty of cupboard and fridge space for food storage, unfortunately there is not a freezer.
What happens if it rains?
The Hub kitchen is under cover and is a short dash from your accommodation. There are lots of local pubs & restaurants, which can recommend for you.
Is wood provided?
A basket of wood for the stove is provided to start you off! Additional wood can be purchased from our honesty shop.
Are we allowed to have a camp fire?
There is a fire pit available to use throughout your stay. Camp fires in alternative locations are not permitted.
Can we come and go as we please, both on and off the estate?
Yes. Access on and off the estate is not a problem at any time. Guests are welcome to walk around the woodland area and footpaths on the estate.
Do you allow smoking on site?
The site is a non-smoking site.
Can we bring lanterns and candles?
Candles are not permitted on site as we provide electric lighting and battery tea lights! Fireworks, sky lanterns or sparklers are strictly not permitted due to livestock on the estate.
Where are the nearest shops?
The nearest shops are located nearby in Debenham (about 1.5 miles) there is a co-op, butcher and bakery. Framlingham (about 8 miles) is a larger market town.
