We ensure our herd of English Longhorn Cattle – an ancient, traditional English native breed – receives the highest welfare standards to produce a premium product.


Our herd produces 100% Longhorn beef (we have no cross-breeding). Longhorn meat is known for its marbled quality without excess external fat cover; this ensures tenderness, succulence and fantastic flavour!

Every animal is carefully selected once it has reached maturity and hung for a minimum of 28 days before being butchered on the farm in order for you to receive the tastiest, natural flavoured beef. We never compromise on welfare or quality. Its simple, we believe local, flavour and quality is best.
